Stutz Artiano Announces Super Lawyer & Rising Star Attorneys

Shareholder James Holtz has been selected as a 2015 Business Litigation Super Lawyer for the 8th consecutive year and Shareholder Daniel Shinoff, first selected in 2010, is the only San Diego attorney selected to the area of Schools & Education Law. The patented and multi-phase selection process recognizes lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Also selected by publisher Thomson Reuters as “Rising Stars” were Stutz Artiano Shareholder Ljubisa Kostic, and Associate Attorneys Richard Romero and Omar Passons. To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. While up to 5 percent of the lawyers in a state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to Rising Stars. This is the first time Thomson Reuter’s has selected Rising Star Attorneys in San Diego. The San Diego Super Lawyers Magazine is published in January and is searchable on-line by practice area at  www.superlawyers.com.
