Michelle A. Patroni
Michelle Patroni was recently admitted to the California Bar, after she received her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. She received her undergraduate degree in Spanish and Political Science from Rutgers University in 2010.
Ms. Patroni works in the areas of public entity litigation and general counsel work. She has represented school districts, community college districts, and water districts among other clients. Prior to joining Artiano Shinoff, Ms. Patroni worked as a law clerk for a civil litigation firm that represented automobile dealers, contractors, property management companies, and other business owners in matters ranging from litigation defense to transactional issues.
During law school, Ms. Patroni was a clinical intern at Artiano Shinoff. She assisted attorneys in the education law group, primarily in the areas of employment law, personal injury, disability discrimination, contractual disputes, and general civil litigation matters. Ms. Patroni also interned for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and for the Superior Court California, County of San Diego.
