San Diego School Attorneys Launch Education Series

Senior Associate, Robert Mahlowitz, presents “The Ins and Outs of California’s Brown Act and Personnel Discussions” before the Association of Chief Human Resource Officials (ACHRO) Fall Training Institute in Lake Tahoe. The firm’s Public Official Ethics Training begins for colleges and school districts that want to meet the requirements of Government Code section 53235. This 2 hour program includes a discussion of general ethical principles and the manner in which values such as trustworthiness, respect, fairness and responsibility promote public trust in government.
