San Diego School Attorneys Launch Education Series

Education attorneys at Stutz Artiano launch a series of training workshops and speaking engagements in October oriented to public officials and administrators in public school settings. Partner Daniel Shinoff presents “Sexual Misconduct in Public Schools” before the Cincinnati National Association of State Directors of Teacher Education and at Penn State University.  Senior Associate, Robert Mahlowitz, presents “The Ins and Outs of California’s Brown Act and Personnel Discussions” before the Association of Chief Human Resource Officials (ACHRO) Fall Training Institute in Lake Tahoe. The firm’s Public Official Ethics Training begins for colleges and school districts that want to meet the requirements of Government Code section 53235.  This 2 hour program includes a discussion of general ethical principles and the manner in which values such as trustworthiness, respect, fairness and responsibility promote public trust in government.  To inquire about scheduled workshops or customized presentations by Stutz Artiano’s Attorney Speakers Bureau, contact info@stutzartiano.com
